Pei, Picasso and Anonymous

This picture makes the obvious point that modern architecture and urban design tend to be anti-human.

The building is part of the Silver Towers project by I.M. Pei.

The statue is the Bust of Sylvette by Picasso.

The "Keep Off Grass" sign is either by an anonymous groundskeeper or by an anonymous conceptual artist making a satirical comment about the project.

ha, i grew up there. they had that sign because they didn't want dogs shitting there, which is somewhat understandable, it's a large area and it would have been overrun with poop.
